Before you book
What if it rains?
We watch the weather closely the night before. Light rain often passes — and sometimes brings an epic rainbow. If it looks truly bad, we reschedule. If there's no way to reschedule before you leave, our rain policy refunds 30% of your payment.
Our toddler won't cooperate.
Totally normal. We specialize in candid photos and use games, movement and play instead of expecting kids to sit still.
When do we get the photos?
A sneak peek within a week of your session. Your full gallery arrives by email in 4–6 weeks — for most vacation families, after you're home. You choose your included images and download them without watermarks.
Can grandparents and cousins join?
Yes. The Extended Family session is designed for up to 16 people and includes both photographers.
How far ahead should we book?
If you know your vacation dates, check availability early — especially for a specific day or a sunset time.
